There are so many reasons why we love visiting Napa, but the culinary scene stands out as a major highlight. And after indulging in a fair share of wine tastings, there’s an abundance of incredible restaurants to satisfy your hunger. From bakeries to Michelin-starred establishments, Napa Valley boasts an array of top-notch dining experiences. Without further ado, here’s our curated list of the best places to eat in Napa Valley.

If you know me, you know that I will always seek out the best breakfast spots (especially breakfast sandwiches). The sausage breakfast sandwich at Mini Model Bakery, featuring a homemade English muffin, is hands down my favorite. This sandwich gained recognition on Food Network and was featured in Oprah’s Favorite Things in 2016.

This Japanese restaurant in downtown Napa by Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto offers exceptional Asian fusion cuisine. We’ve dined at Morimoto Napa twice, and always have to get the hamachi tartare. We also love the sticky ribs, duck confit fried rice, and all the sushi!

Thomas Keller’s three Michelin-starred French Laundry offers an unforgettable dining with two daily 12-course tasting menus. Reservations are challenging to secure, but this bucket-list restaurant is well worth the planning. Book ahead as reservations are released on the first of the month for the following month.

Located near Oxbow Public Market, the Culinary Institute of America houses The Grove, featuring a menu inspired by their on-site gardens. All of the food and cocktails were amazing, but the glazed lamb ribs were our absolute favorite and we would come back just to order it again!
